Rules & Policies
Tuition
Your
tuition is due on or before the first class of your child’s session. Payments
must be paid in full and can be made at the main
office or by phone. Registrations will not be accepted without full
payment for your class. If your child starts a class there will be no
tuition refunds for any reason. No refunds on class registration
fees for any reason. All returned checks will be assessed a
fee of $25.00. MGTC Accepts: Visa - Master Card
Class
Arrivals and Departures
Please
arrive 5 minutes before your class starts. Have your child get a drink, use the
bathroom and wash their hands. We ask that you walk your child into and out
of the building from their class. Your child will be asked to stay in the
building for safety reasons. Please be prompt when picking up your child from
class. Our instructors will be starting their next class and will not have
time to watch your kids.
Class
Observation
Parents
and guests are always welcome to observe class: however please do not
communicate with your child during class time. This is a distraction and
a safety issue. There is no running or horseplay in the
viewing area. Please keep an eye on siblings.
Make
Up Days
Make
up days are offered for classes missed. We allow 2 make ups within the session
you are registered for. You may not schedule a make up for the first week of a
session. Make ups must be scheduled with the main office. NO CREDIT WILL BE
GIVEN if you choose not to make up or if you are unable to make up within the
session. You may not make up in a class that is already full. MAKE UPS ARE AT
THE DISCRETION OF MGTC STAFF AND MANAGEMENT.
Withdrawing from a class
If
you withdraw from a class for any reason, please notify the gym so that your
spot in the class can be filled.
NO
TUITION REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
Family Discounts
For families with more than one child in our program, we offer a 10% family discount on tuition for any additional siblings that sign up for a full session.
Closing Due to Weather
If weather conditions do become severe and the Midland Public Schools are closed, please check the severe weather page on this web site for class cancellation information.
